  • Catering orders, menu choices, and f inal headcounts must be confirmed at least 2 weeks in advance of the event unless otherwise approved
  • All private events require hosted food and beverage unless otherwise approved
  • A signed contract and event deposit are due at the time of booking
  • A 3% event admin fee is added to all private events
