  • Tax, gratuity & service fees do not apply to minimum spend guarantees
  • Packages require a minimum of 15 guests unless otherwise stated
  • 10.75% tax & 20% gratuity apply to all event packages
  • Seasonal pricing fluctuations may apply
  • A staffing fee may apply
  • No shots, martinis, doubles or rocks pours included in beverage packages
  • Catering orders, menu choices, and f inal headcounts must be confirmed at least 2 weeks in advance of the event unless otherwise approved
  • All private events require hosted food and beverage unless otherwise approved
  • A signed contract and event deposit are due at the time of booking
  • A 3% event admin fee is added to all private events
